Despite being a small ship, Evrima includes five dining venues, along with providing 24-hour in-suite dining and a supply of snacks in the Living Room. The main restaurant The Evrima Room offers a locally inspired ever-changing menu, while Talaat Nam serves Southeast Asian cuisine. Less formal are the al fresco Mistral specialising in Mediterranean classics and the Pool House, a casual eatery serving a variety of cuisines. The star of the show is SEA, designed by three Michelin star chef, Sven Elverfeld of Aqua, where guests can enjoy a European inspired tasting menu.
