Frégate Villas & Estates are a collection of 17 private residences set among tropical forest, granite landscapes and secluded beaches in the Seychelles. The villas combine contemporary architecture with the island's natural setting, drawing inspiration from the wings of the frigatebird through sculptural rooflines and the use of natural materials.
Accommodation ranges from private villas to larger estates, with flexible configurations offering approximately five to ten rooms depending on the residence. Spacious bedrooms, generous living areas and private kitchens create a residential feel, while outdoor spaces make the most of the island surroundings.
The experience is centred around privacy and personal service. Each villa includes a dedicated 24-hour butler and a private buggy for exploring the island. Larger estates offer professional kitchens and private chef services on request, allowing for tailored dining experiences within the residence.
Guests are expected to have access to a broad range of activities across the island, including snorkelling, scuba diving, sailing, kayaking and paddleboarding. On land, guided nature walks, birdwatching, cycling, tennis and padel provide opportunities to explore the island's landscapes and wildlife. Encounters with Aldabra giant tortoises, children's nature programmes, spa treatments, yoga and meditation further connect guests with Frégate's natural environment.
Conservation remains at the heart of the Frégate experience. Around 90% of the island is designated conservation land, supporting more than 3,000 free-roaming Aldabra giant tortoises and important programmes protecting rare species such as the Seychelles magpie-robin. The island's beaches also provide nesting habitat for critically endangered hawksbill turtles.
