Ololo Safari Lodge
Situated in the southern end of Nairobi National Park Ololo Safari Lodge offers a taste of the African wilderness a mere 45 minutes away from the International Airport.
Highlights
Beautifully designed and with stunning views out over Nairobi National park Ololo is the perfect way to start your safari. Set in twenty acres of gardens, and right amongst the abundant wildlife that can be found in the national park.
The lodge comprises 12 different rooms of varying room types and a three bedroom stable cottage ideal for families or small groups.
The three tented cottages offer guests a 'soft' safari experience sleeping under thatch while surrounded by canvas and stone walls. The rooms are set within the garden and boast views from the private terraces out over the National Park. There are seven rooms built in the original old stable block and are perfect for those travelling in a small group. While smaller than the other rooms, they all have charming character with terraces opening onto the gardens. Both the Terrace and Tower suite are larger and offer more privacy. The Terrace suite is the larger of the two with traditional furnishings and for cooler nights the open fire place adds a homely and comforting charm. The Tower suite is more contemporary with a private terrace accessed by spiral stair case offering stunning views out over the park.
