Poised just less than 100 m from the Joseray piste, this brand-new luxury property commands a privileged location—mere minutes from the lifts and within easy walking distance of the village’s lively heart.
Spanning three thoughtfully designed floors, Chalet Cervinia effortlessly balances the charm of classic alpine architecture — with timber beams, stone accents and floor-to-ceiling windows — and contemporary touches: bold geometric prints, sculptural lighting, and light-filled living areas that breathe elegance and warmth.
At its heart lies a sweeping, open-plan living-dining space wrapped by south and east-facing balconies. Here, vast windows frame incomparable mountain vistas, while plush seating and a crackling fireplace invite guests to linger long after the last course. Sunlight floods in by day; by night, the alpine peaks shimmer beyond.
Entertainment and wellness abound. On the lower level, a private cinema room with tiered seating and a starry-sky ceiling offers immersive film evenings for families or friends. The chalet accommodates 10 adults plus up to 3 children across six en-suite bedrooms. Five of those rooms flex between twin and super-king layouts (one of them queen / twin), while the children’s bunk room (a bunk plus single bed) has its own shower room — an ideal arrangement for multigenerational groups. Decor is refined and comfortable, with high-quality linens, fluffy towels, toiletries by L’Occitane, bathrobes/slippers, safe and hairdryers in each room.
Service here is nothing short of exemplary. From pre-arrival concierge to daily housekeeping, in-chalet ski and boot fitting, a private chauffeur service (approximately 08:30 to midnight), to curated restaurant reservations, childcare and bespoke experiences — every detail is handled with precision and elegance. Meals are an integral part of the experience: breakfast and afternoon tea daily, pre-dinner canapés and chef-prepared dinners on five nights, complemented by open bar and unlimited Champagne. On two evenings, guests may dine out in resort with the chalet team arranging and accommodating transfers.
