It all starts from the moment you contact us. Our Travel Specialists are experts at understanding what families are really after, and because they have all visited and experienced our Explorers properties, they can share first-hand knowledge and personal recommendations.

Once you have decided on your perfect destination you’ll be introduced to our Guest Concierge team who will hold your hand through every aspect of the pre-travel process, ensuring everything is planned and prepared before you depart so you can switch off from the moment you arrive and enjoy your holiday.
