The Red Panda Beer is a pale straw-coloured Hefeweizen and is made in small volumes, with aromas of bananas, clove and hint of lemon. Perfect to taste with the locally made cheese.
The cheese is again made locally and comes in two styles, Emmenthal and Gouda, using state of the art processes and lovingly matured.
