My masters degree in Wildlife Documentary Production and background in conservation means I'm particularly passionate about responsible travel and wildlife experiences; nothing compares to coming face to face with a silverback gorilla, or tracking a leopard for hours and being rewarded with her emerging from the bush right in front of you or hearing hippos munching on grass for a midnight snack just outside your tent as lions roar in the distance.
Every time I visit Africa I leave a little piece of my soul there.

What’s the most incredible natural phenomenon you have witnessed?
Watching a 225kg silverback gorilla scale a tree as if it was the weight of a pencil will stay with me forever.

Be as responsible as possible by supporting local communities and spend money in ways that help the people & animals who live wherever you are travelling.
-
What's the most exciting wildlife sighting you’ve ever encountered?
Being on a boat at sunrise on the Zambezi river, just me and the captain and a group of elephants playing in the water, it was beyond special.
