What's the most exciting wildlife sighting you’ve ever encountered?
Its impossible to single out just one. Watching orangutans in Borneo, swimming with whalesharks in the Phillipines and seeing a great white in South Africa.

What's the best thing you've ever brought back from your travels?
Without question, memories! The landscapes, conversations and new flavours as well as the richness that comes with travel is what stays after the journey.

What is the strangest thing you’ve eaten on your travels?
Where do I even begin? Chicken feet in Asia, frog legs in France, crocodile tail and kangaroo. Travel has taken my palate to some wonderful unexpected places.
