Description
This journey is designed for those wanting to take things slowly and for those who want to see and experience something different in India. Aman are experts at taking you off the main tourist routes, and showcasing the unusual and unique.
Your journey begins in Delhi, and at the design led Aman New Delhi. Spend a few days wandering through the city, armed with Scott Dunn’s restaurant and bar guide, and be tempted by the hotel’s selection of experiences they can take you on.
Next, travel by train to Ranthambore National Park for three days on tiger safari. The luxurious tents of Aman-I-Khas are a welcome respite each night as you gradually see yourself getting used to the Aman way.
Finally, you are driven to Amanbagh, a hotel that we consider to be the absolute gem of Rajasthan. Located in a breathtaking part of rural Rajasthan, you will see no other tourists as you explore the local vicinity. There are picture perfect images of farmers bringing their ploughs in after a long day’s work, or hidden temples that you walk to for a picnic, or colourful sari-clad women catching up on the village gossip. At night, return to Amanbagh, a hotel that blends Indian design into modern sensibilities; a haven and retreat that will always exceed expectations. It is without question, the place to sit back and enjoy the subcontinent, and a final stop to absorb what is so fantastic about India.
