Our experience of a Scott Dunn chalet holiday has been fantastic. From our initial enquiries and then booking (dealt with by Anna) to our welcome on arrival and then the chalet experience itself - all good and cannot be faulted. We would recommend all the hotels without exception for their decor, food and staff. We felt very special throughout the trip. We felt that the different locations worked very well - all the places were worth visiting and we felt we had enough time in each place. Camilla was really excellent, overall the way the trip was planned was perfect. Camilla and Olivia listened to our wishes and got the end result spot on. They made changes when asked and gave good advice. They were very friendly and knowledgeable - you could tell they had been to places they booked. The overall experience was fantastic!

She was truly a gem, amazingly patient and really accommodating in organising our holiday to perfection and really always available and answered all our queries in a timely and professional manner with a sense of humour as well which I enjoyed.
