Marina was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. I would almost describe her as the holiday fairy who waved a magic wand and found my family a wonderful holiday at the last minute that fitted all our requirements. You organised everything in 2 hours and Marina, our Travel Consultant could answer every question I threw at her. I just felt we were in safe hands and that all the details had been dealt with - such as transfers, car seats, etc. My husband is all in favour of using Scott Dunn again.

I know that my budget is at the lower end of your offering, but you never made me feel this was the case and I know you worked hard to find a solution that worked for me and my budget. You matched my brief perfectly and have been so responsive and considerate in all your communications. I am also very impressed by the emergency team who I spoke to a couple of times in relation to the snow and cancelled Heathrow flights on the Sunday I flew. They were also really responsive, helpful and reassuring.

Camilla has been fantastic! She worked over the weekend to sort out a new honeymoon after the events in Kenya meant we could no longer go there. She had a fantastic knowledge of the places we were going to and was extremely efficient in getting us new quotes and making changes to our booking. She chose some fantastic places for us and even left us personalised welcome cards when we arrived at each one, which was a lovely touch. Thank you Camilla!.

Dealings with Scott Dunn continue to exceed expectations. The staff are consistently excellent, knowledgeable and helpful in our experience. I'd say that we are convinced that planning a holiday via Scott Dunn is compelling. If for nothing else, your advisers have been spot on and extremely helpful in the process of planning something we feel is extremely important. We see some friends paying more for less and we almost feel guilty. It is somewhat difficult to get into the details of costs, etc. with them, but to the extent that we can tactfully, we do. In any case, you should know that we do recommend Scott Dunn and we're grateful to the friend who recommended you to us.

Marcus, just wanted to let you know that all is super good, we are just enjoying our last few days at the beach. The resort is lovely (we got upgraded to a suite too so that's nice....). It's a really nice part of the island, very quiet and pretty, a few nice local restaurants and a really nice little chill out cafe run by 2 Bangkok girls, so with our moped to get around we have been very happy. Nepal was outstanding, better than my expectations, especially the trekking. We were the only people in every lodge we stayed in! They even made me gluten free bread every day, more than I have ever had in a 5 star restaurant. The walking was quite easy so I think we are going to try a tougher route next time, maybe venture in to Mustang.... Anyway, you can tell we have had a ball so thanks again!

"My thanks to all at Scott Dunn for an excellent holiday experience. 'I wanted a ski in ski out hotel, which was family friendly and close to the shops for non skiers and that was exactly what we got. The food was good all through and excellent & abundant for News Year's Eve. The staff and service was uniformly friendly, very attentive and always helpful. The ski room is exceptional, like an upmarket golf club, where you are helped with your boots (both on and off, if needed!) and your skis are waiting in a rack outside. Outstanding and much appreciated by all. The service again was excellent with an unexpected and most welcome selection of toys.' It was my first experience and I remain very impressed. May we thank all your team for all their work and kindness in finding and ensuring our super ski holiday."
