Booking

We've made sure the process of booking your holiday with us is as easy and straightforward as possible. Our booking forms include extensive information on all booking terms and conditions, and allow you to provide details for each party member so that we can process your booking smoothly and quickly, all in one go.

How to book 

01: Talk to us
Because our holidays are crafted individually, we like to keep it personal - so once you've browsed our website for inspiration, the next step is to call us to discuss your holiday and request a quotation.

02: We'll prepare a quotation
We'll prepare your initial quotation, designed to provide the price and simple framework for your holiday. A full itinerary will be provided when we confirm your holiday.

03: You'll complete a booking form
Once you've decided to proceed, we ask you to please read the Important Information, Booking Conditions and Booking form. The form should be signed and dated by the first named person on the booking, the party leader, and include all information requested for each party member, including full passport details so we can confirm your air tickets. You must then return this to Scott Dunn, together with payment.

04: We'll take care of the rest
Subject to availability of your chosen arrangements and receipt of all applicable payments we will book your arrangements, process your deposit and send you a receipt letter. We'll then issue your confirmation invoice, your itinerary and any additional holiday information, when all bookings are confirmed. Once your final payment has been received, your final documents will be sent to you 2-4 weeks prior to your departure.
