Fine wine

If you choose to stay in a Scott Dunn ski chalet, you’ll enjoy Laurent-Perrier Champagne, and instead of a carafe of anonymous chalet wine, you’ll be served a choice of carefully selected bottles, such as Bois d’Yver Chablis, Pouilly Fumé and Cadillac Bordeaux. And if you’re staying in a Flagship chalet and would like to try a bottle of Pétrus, it’s simple – we can arrange it.

Each wine is carefully selected by our master of wine, Keith Isaac, alongside our Food & Beverage manager and Andrew Dunn himself. Since the creation of Scott Dunn, Andrew has been personally involved in making sure that everything we do is of the highest quality, which includes offering only the finest ingredients to our guests. Every year, each wine is tasted and considered by this group, the culmination of which is a fine wine menu of superb quality and diversity.
