An insightful cruise between Luxor and Aswan brings you through some of the most treasured archaeological sites in Egyptian and World History.

In Luxor, you will visit the West Bank, home to the sites of the Valley of the Kings and the Valley of the Queens. For over a thousand years, the kings, queens, and nobles of the New Kingdom (1500–1070 BC) were buried here. Make a visit to Karnak and Luxor Temples, boasting delicate works of architecture constructed during the Middle Kingdom.

Along the way, you will pass through Edfu, with its magnificent Temple of Horus, the largest sanctuary built during the period of King Ptolemy. You will also visit Kom Ombo temple, dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek.

In Aswan, sail on a traditional felucca to the Agha Khan Mausoleum and Philae Temple.

(Please note that the exact itinerary may differ depending on your exact sailing date, choice of cruise ship, and weather conditions on the day itself.)
