Resort restaurants in St Anton

Looking for somewhere on the chefs night off? Well, look no further than one of these amazing resort restaurants.

Resort restaurants

There are a large number of restaurants in St Anton of varying price and quality. The cuisine varies from fine dining to traditional Tyrolean, as well as pizzas, crepes and snacks.

Aquila

Modern restaurant serving light lunches so ideal for non-skiers and bad weather days. Menu features a mixture of local and Asian style dishes.

Arlmont

Highly recommended restaurant serving a range of modern international cuisine, along with some influenced by the local region.

Bodega

This charming, bustling restaurant is the only tapas bar in town, serving a good selection of modestly priced red wines. You are unable to reserve a table in this popular restaurant so either arrive early or, if you don’t mind waiting, you can enjoy an aperitif at the bar until a table becomes available.

Fahrner Stub’n

Family run restaurant with a casual atmosphere and friendly service. They serve a great fondue, along with Italian dishes.

Floriani

A small and cosy Italian restaurant just a short walk from the centre of town. The servers dress in traditional Austrian costume and are always very friendly. The restaurant offers a varied menu with a good choice of meat, pasta, salad, fish and pizza dishes. It’s a friendly, family run place and great for a quiet night out.

Fuhrmannstube

No fuss, Austrian cuisine. The restaurant is quite dated but it serves good traditional specialities at reasonable prices. They do not take reservations.

Happy Valley

American style bar and restaurant in the village centre. Serves great quality ribs, wings, burgers, baked potatoes and more. Live music and DJ’s. Extensive cocktail menu and beers from around the world.

Hazienda

Cosy restaurant in the village centre with a wide ranging menu of Italian influenced dishes. Relaxed atmosphere with friendly service and extensive wine list..

Hospiz Alm

Original, rustic and stylish, the Hospiz Alm serves authentic Tyrolean food with warm hospitality. They have an incredible wine cellar with a slide which was once used for wine transportation but now takes you to the toilets! For lunch try the enormous plate of spare ribs or the cheese spätzle.

Maximilian

For a completely authentic Austrian experience, this is your place. They serve traditional Tyrolean cuisine and have proved popular with guests over the years. They also serve specialities from all over the world, including Argentina, Australia and South Africa.

Montjola

Longest running Fondue restaurant in St Anton. The family moved premises last winter and are now located in the centre of town. They offer a small menu but possibly the best Fondue within cosy surroundings.

Museum

The intimate, oak-panelled rooms of St Anton’s ski museum make an unlikely but delightful location for a gourmet dinner. They offer a wide menu of both Austrian and international cuisine with great service and the restaurant is classed as being one of the smartest in St Anton.

Pizzeria Pomodoro

Possibly the best pizza restaurant in town? They offer a large selection of thin crust pizzas, along with pasta dishes and salads. They do not take reservations so it’s advisable to get there early or you will have to be willing to wait as it gets very busy.

Raffl’s

Within the St Antonerhof 5* hotel, Raffl’s is one of the best restaurants in the village. They offer a varied menu of local dishes and international cuisine in ‘fine dining’ surroundings.

Thony's

Sister restaurant to Rodel-Alm on the mountain and serves delicious cheese fondue, meat fondue and ribs. If you request in advance, they can even have one of their famous schwienhaxe (ham hocks) brought down from the Rodel-Alm.

San Antonio

Great family restaurant with plenty of seats. Serves predominately Italian food with a mixture of salads, local and international dishes.

Skiing Buddha

Located in the Arl Rock centre, this is a great restaurant that serves Thai dishes including curries and Pad Thai. The quality of the food is very good and the prices are very reasonable too.
