Tour of Saigon

Saigon, more formally known as Ho Chi Minh City, is the country’s commercial centre and, with over eight million inhabitants and four million motorbikes, a city that never sleeps. Despite the well-documented hustle and bustle, the city retains its connections with the past. From the Post Office, you will visit the former Presidential Palace which was the headquarters of Ho Chi Minh City's Government during the American War. The palace will reveal the history of Saigon during its turbulent and fairly recent past. You will then be transferred to the War Remnants Museum for a vivid insight into the American war (Vietnam War) from a local perspective. This is a fascinating and somewhat sobering tour that's a must if you want to understand Vietnam's tragic past. This experience combines well with Chu Chi Tunnels.
