Description
A selection of exclusive private homes, located within 15-20 minutes' drive of the Disney parks in Orlando. Each villa has a private pool, minimum 3 bedrooms and luxurious fittings, as well as the option of maid service, private chefs and nannies.
We work with a dedicated villa specialist in Orlando who offer a selection of stunning private homes offering diversity, independence and absolute luxury. Most of the homes are set in a community environment offering the independence of a private home yet with facilities such as restaurants, golf courses, community pools and shops within easy reach.
Choose from a large selection of private homes and villas to suit most budgets, ranging from comfortable family style homes through to opulent mansions with their own private movie theatre, bowling alleys, games rooms and even a squash court! Each is individually furnished and unique and all feature private swimming pools.
Guests can choose to stay completely independently and use their home as a base for exploring the theme parks in nearby Orlando and further afield, as well as an escape from the parks to peace and tranquility in spacious surroundings. For guests who like a little more pampering, housekeepers, maids and private chefs can all be provided as well as a full Concierge service and pre-provisioning of your home so that you have everything you need from the moment you step through the door.
These homes are a wonderful alternative to hotel stays, ideal for larger families who would like greater privacy or for those wishing to have a longer stay in the Orlando area.
Please note that most homes have a minimum stay requirement, especially over the Christmas and Easter holidays.
Accommodation
Each home is unique in it's style and furnishings. They are mostly privately owned villas so will be furnished in their owner's style, however, we ensure that only the highest standard villas are offered to our guests. The smallest villas have three bedrooms and the largest can have up to thirteen bedrooms and some extraordinary extras such as movie theatres, bowling alleys, elevators, gyms, tennis or squash courts and even a basketball court. Some offer themed bedrooms for the children and all have their own private swimming pool.
There are also a selection of Condominiums available, these do not offer private pools, however, will have a community pool close by.
Childcare
Private homes are ideal for travelling as a family, however, there are no specific child care facilities except for cots, high chairs and games rooms in some homes. Some will also offer gates around the swimming pools. It is possible to arrange babysitting if required.
Services
Guests at the private homes can enjoy a completely independent holiday or enjoy a number of services on offer. This includes pre-provisioning of the home so guests have everything they need when they get there from milk and bread through to balloons and champagne if there is a special occasion. A private chef can also be provided throughout the stay or just for a special meal one day. If you would like babysitting, then this can be provided from a fully licensed local company.
Facilities
Most of the private homes are set in the Reunion Resort area and guests who take homes with membership of the club are able to use the three signature golf courses, tennis courts, fitness centre and water park for one day during their stay for a small fee. There are also six restaurants that range from rustic Italian fare through to a sushi bar that can be used at any time as well as the spa which is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day in the parks.
For guests staying in the exclusive Encore Club homes at Reunion Resort, they have daily access for a small charge to the facilities of the club which include a water park, playground, fitness centre and spa, tennis courts, four pools and sports courts. There are also restaurants here providing a number of dining options.
