Miami and Palm Beach have a year-round destination with balmy winters, but summers can be hot and humid. The best time to visit Florida is in March and April when it is warm and sunny, before the weather begins to get too hot. Hurricanes and other less serious tropical storms can strike Florida any time in the summer up to the end of November, however the risk is greatest between August and October.

Itinerary

A deliciously sinful combination of Florida’s most well-known beaches providing a heady mix of city heat and wide stretches of soft white sandy beaches, a real antidote to the winter blues. The focus is family with a wide variety of activities on offer including a tour of the well known Everglades National Park.

  1. Fly to Miami

  2. Days 1-4: Miami

    Begin by flying to Miami International Airport. This well known city coast line is host to a selection of sleek oceanfront hotels surrounded by a wealth of period Art Deco buildings, and close to some of Miami’s finest restaurants with magnificent views over the city and the beach.

    This is a place to indulge yourself by day, whether on the beach, in the spa or with a seafood grill at the al fresco beach bar. If you want to get out onto the water, you can hire jet skis, rent a yacht for the day, go parasailing or explore beneath the waves by scuba or snorkeling. Golf and tennis can also easily be arranged. With the famous Everglades National Park nearby we have included a private day tour for you and your family to enjoy, take an airboat in search of alligators, turtles and other fauna and flora.

  3. Days 4-8: Palm Beach

    Take your hire car and drive North up the stunning Coast line to the famous Palm Beach. This island is home to a variety of impressive resorts, long stretches of sandy beaches and exquisite mansions along with a chic restaurant and shopping scene.

    Family fun can be spent in your resort enjoying a plethora of water sport excursions such as snorkeling on the reef, paddle boarding, kayaking and surfing. Teach your children how to play on an award- winning golf course or take bicycles into town where you can enjoy dining in a wide variety of restaurants.
