Best time to Visit
Good time to visit
Average time to visit
Florida is a year-round destination with balmy winters, but summers can be hot and humid. The best time to visit Florida is between March and May and in December when it is warm and sunny, before the weather begins to get too hot. Hurricanes and other less serious tropical storms can strike Florida any time in the summer up to the end of November, however the risk is greatest between August and October.
Weather on the South Carolina coast is beautiful during the spring. The mild temperature makes it pleasant for beach-combing, playing golf or exploring by bicycle. July and August are hot and humid and the winter months are cooler yet still mild. The perfect time to go tends to involve the weather and what activities you wish to do on your vacation.

Once you've had time to adjust to the time difference and you're ready for an adventure, head to Orlando, a place for kids (and adults) to run wild. Dine with Mickey, dress up at Bibbity Bobbity Boutique and be inspired by the glitz and glamour of the daily night time shows. With five nights here, families can truly relax and unwind after a few days spent in the parks. Kids will have the opportunity to spot elusive wildlife such as alligators and rare birds as well as more playful animals such as Atlantic bottle-nosed dolphins.
