The Grill at 14*61, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, is the Resort’s signature restaurant which features an open show kitchen with Argentinean wood grill where guests can interact with the Executive Chef while their meals are prepared. Located at the Marina water front, Bayside Cafe serves 3 meals a day featuring freshly made bread and pastries and a menu showcasing casual dishes. The Rum Cave is set in a relaxed environment and offers an array of tapas, family style entrees and desserts paired with an impressive selection of 200 rums, all back dropped with a cascading waterfall and breathtaking views of the marina. Finally, The Brut Bar, by the poolside area, incorporates locally grown condiments in a variety of seafood, sushi, deserts, and progressively inspired mixed drinks.
