The main tourist season is between June and August, when the weather is the warmest. Standout seasons to visit Moscow are late spring (May or June) and early autumn (September or October), when the city’s parks are filled with flowering trees or colorful leaves.
The deepest, darkest part of winter is undeniably cold but if you are prepared it can be an adventure. Furs and vodka keep people warm and snow-covered landscapes are picturesque. A solid snowpack covers the ground from November to March. The city gets fired up to ring in the New Year, when Muscovites emerge from their warm homes into the winter night for free concerts and fireworks.

The Ararat Park Hyatt Hotel is a very luxurious property, well located in a quiet side street in the center of the city. It is within easy reach of the Kremlin and Red Square, as well as the newly reopened Bolshoi Theatre.
Although part of the Park Hyatt chain, the Ararat hotel has its own history and character that sets is aside from other hotels. Founded by a well to do Armenian family, it still has an Armenian chapel on the top floor and the restaurant serves the best Armenian specialties in town!
The hotel, which opened in 2001, has a very modern and stylish interior behind its historic 19th century facade. The clever use of glass in the atrium means the interiors are filled with natural light.
The guest rooms and suites are very tastefully decorated and feature plush linens and feather duvets as well as views over either the gardens, the courtyard, the Neglinnaya boulevard, or the Bolshoi Theatre.
The hotel has three restaurants which you can choose to dine at. They focus on Armenian, Russian, European and Japanese inspired dishes.
Ararat Park Hyatt boasts 216 fabulous rooms to include 21 superb suites. The tastefully furnished luxury rooms are individually designed, projecting a cosmopolitan yet very residential feel. The rooms all feature exquisite bedding to give you a restful night's sleep and the expected amenities such as a flat screen TV, interne and fresh fruit.
Children are welcome to come and stay at Ararat Park Hyatt. There are inter-connecting rooms available to comfortably accommodate families and babysitting can be arranged upon request if required.
The hotel has three main restaurants: the ground floor Cafe Ararat serving Armenian and Russian specialties, the Park Restaurant, serving beautifully presented International and European dishes, and the classy Enoki, a modern, minimal Japanese eatery.
The top floor conservatory lounge and bar also offer light meals, pastries and cocktails, and has a picturesque view over the Kremlin with the Bolshoi theater below.
Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow hotel offers the Quantum Spa and Health Club, a state-of-the-art fitness facility including a heated indoor pool, dry sauna, steam bath, spacious Roman bath, gymnasium, juice bar and spa treatment rooms for a wide array of massage and beauty treatments.

The rooms are beautifully designed with all natural materials making them a really relaxing haven to come back to after a busy day in the city. The pool in the spa is amazing, not to mention the rooftop bar! Delicious food and lots of exciting drinks and cocktails - the service is impeccable.
