Best time to Visit
Good time to visit
Average time to visit
April to October is best for time for visiting Peru’s Andean region and main highlights. It is typically sunny in the day and cold at night due to the altitude. Heavy rains last from December to end of February with January and February being the wettest months. The Amazon is generally hot, wet and humid year round. Peru is very popular in the high season, especially during their many cultural festivals such as Inti Raymi on 24 June, so best to plan well in advance.
We design each itinerary around you, so this suggested itinerary is a starting point that we can tweak or transform into something completely bespoke to you. Call us on 858 345 1763 to start planning your vacation.
