Antique Arba Wine
Wine has a long history as a Kazakh dinner staple. Soviet agronomists had grown high-quality vineyards as early as the middle of the 20th century. Interestingly, archaeological excavations discovered wine sediment near the Karakemer village which is studied to have been practiced for over 2000 years!
Today, we make a visit to the small village of Karakemer, hugged by the alpine meadows of Ili-Alatau National Park. The vineyards of the region now belongs to the Arba Wine company, known for its unique taste of antique viticulture with roots from the Tien Shan mountains' moisture, fertile soil.Call us on 858 523 9000 to start planning your holiday
