Rafting the Seti River in Nepal is one of the most rewarding experiences in this magical country. The Seti River creates an excellent link between trekking in the Annapurna Range and Pokhara with the wildlife reserve of Chitwan.
Best described as a relaxing float cruising slowly down the river with a couple of stronger rapids along the way, this active experience is fun all the family.
Please note, the river is at its fastest post monsoon in October and November and some rapids can get to category 3, so it is still not for the faint hearted. There is a camp half way along where you can either spend one or two nights. If you have two nights you can then head further into the countryside to local villages.
