To start planning your vacation to Aldeia Beijupira
Description
Step back in time at Aldeia Beijupira, an off the beaten track, laid back hideaway on a remote stretch of Brazil's unspoiled northeast Alagoas coastline, set on a palm tree fringed beach where you can truly relax and enjoy the easy-going pace of life.
Aldeia Beijupira is one of Brazil’s best kept secrets, a rustic-chic property of just nine thatched malocas hidden amongst the coconut palms and hibiscus trees of the beautiful Coral Coast.
The villas are all styled after local indigenous tribes, and are equipped with DVD player, home theater, Jacuzzi and bespoke linen on your king-size bed. The service is discreet and friendly, and the food simply sublime – the kind of place where you can enjoy a lingering lobster lunch. The Caium bar is a good place to unwind in the evenings and boasts an extensive wine list.
Take time to explore the mangrove-lined river by boat looking for manatees, go horse riding along the beach, or hire a bicycle to discover the unspoiled nearby villages. The ocean is warm and crystal clear and the reefs form natural swimming pools for you to explore as the tide goes down. If that’s all too much, you can simply doze by the pool with a freshly made caipirinha.
Please note that children under the age of 16 are not accepted at Aldeia Beijupira.

The indigenous theme comes to the fore in the attractive living area, which has a thatched roof and artisan decoration. In the restuarant, the menu includes dishes from the starred Beijupira restaurant in Porto Galinhas. There are two paradise-like swimming pools in the garden and decking along the beachfront. The bungalows are spacious and have top-of-the-range facilities.
