Qutab-Making Experience

We will visit a local restaurant where you can try your hand at stuffing and wrapping qutabs before baking them in the traditional oven called tandir.

Qutab is made from thinly-rolled dough. Originating from Azerbaijan, the dish eventually became popular throughout the Caucasus. There are many types of qutabs, utilizing varieties of ingredients ranging from pumpkins to greens as the fillings.
