I've always been drawn to the more 'off the beaten track' destinations, in particular Africa. It's a destination unlike any other which keeps me coming back for more. Without a doubt one of the most incredible sights I have witnessed was the migration herds of the Serengeti.
Growing up & living in a crowded and bustling city, it is always a joy for me to be out in raw wilderness far from civilization. It does not help too that African safari properties are adept in indulging their guests with intimate service and gorgeous accommodation!
Over the last few years, it has been a real privilege and treat to have witnessed the massive migration herds and be startled by a pouncing lion in the Serengeti, admire the Big Five in South Africa as well as soaked up the casual vibe of Cape Town and the winelands.

Africa is a vast continent with many wonderful experiences unique to each destination. Take your time to discover each country and return again to Africa for something different each time.
Enjoy the moment. It is often too easy to get carried away snapping photographs that one forgets to appreciate the wonderful scenery before them or behold the marvel of being up close with wildlife.
