The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued travel advisories advising against all non-essential travel to Northern Italy. From 8 March, the Italian authorities extended the area of isolation to cover the whole of the Lombardy region and the provinces of Modena, Parma, Piacenza, Reggio Emilia and Rimini (all in Emilia Romagna); Pesaro e Urbino (in Marche); Venezia and Padova (in Veneto); Asti and Alessandria (in Piemonte). The advice will be regularly reviewed and may be changed depending on how the fast-changing coronavirus situation evolves. Also see our travel information regarding Coronavirus.

Centrally located, along a busy shopping street, close proximity to the St Mark Square and Rialto bridge.

Hotel does not have a grand entrance and consist of 3 building linked to one another. There is also a huge comfortable sitting area / bar area at the lobby.

There is a small canal right in front of the hotel where you can arrived directly by waterway, but if the tide is too high, the bridge will be too low for the water taxi to come in and you can only drop at Rialto or San Marco, which will take you less than 10mins to reach the hotel by foot. Public porters are available to managed your luggage (at additional cost).

The rooms are clean and in modern design. All rooms are equipped with universal socket and USB power outlets, kettle and coffee maker facilities.

There is a reasonable amount of selection for breakfast and they served very good scrambled eggs and pastry for breakfast. But the breakfast restaurant is also the only restaurant in the hotel and it could be crowded for dinner.
