Iguazu is an all year round destination, however in Spring and Autumn (October/November and March/April) are most pleasant. The peak season is January through February when Argentineans and Brazilians are on holiday. December through March is summer. This is the hottest and the most humid time of year. The winter months are June through to August, this is when rain is mostly likely and the temperatures range from lows of 10°C to high of 23°C.

Located just a short drive from the airport, the town of Puerto Iguazu and the entrance to the Argentine side of the Iguazu National Park, Loi Suites Iguazu is a great base for those wishing to discover the incredible natural wonder of Iguazu Falls. The falls are made up of 275 individual drops and are really a sight to behold, with the thundering Devil's Throat the most impressive section which can be seen from both the Brazilian and Argentine side of the National Park.
The hotel itself can be found on the banks of a peaceful stretch of the Iguazu River, surrounded by lush jungle which ensures a feeling of seclusion. Rugged trails criss-cross the grounds and wooden walkways connect rooms with the rest of the property - adding to a sense of fun whilst exploring. (Let the bellboys worry about your luggage as you make your way across to your room!)
The public areas and guestrooms all benefit from contemporary and unfussy design features and furnishings, with modern clean lines and high-quality materials. Rooms are kitted out with excellent amenities and all have a view of the surrounding jungle, some also have an outdoor decking area.
The entrance and reception area are grand and the huge aspect windows immediately draw your attention to a series of swimming pools and tropical gardens. The pools are the perfect place to cool off from the sticky heat and you can tuck into filling sandwiches and ice-cold drinks at the Tiki bar, or enjoy a more traditional meal at the Naipi restaurant. There is also a kids playroom, spa and a gym. The hotel can also organise kayaking on the river, jungle treks, canopy and zipline excursions and horse riding.
Rooms are simple and spacious, decorated in neutral colours with splashes of red. All come with complimentary WiFi access, flat screen TVs, minibar, safe and individual AC. Studio Junior Rooms have a French balcony and can feature either a double, twin or triple beds, whilst all other room categories have a small balcony or deck.
A nanny is included in the rates for families and they have plenty to keep little ones occupied. There is a kids' playroom, extensive pools and gardens with walking trails and child-friendly menus in the Tiki Bar.
Connecting rooms are available and additional beds can be added into select rooms.
Facilities include a spa, a gym, several swimming pools, one of which is heated, a tiki bar which serves international cuisine and a separate restaurant for breakfast.
The main focus of a stay here is to visit the amazing Iguazu Falls. We highly recommend a guided tour of the Argentine side and the Brazilian side to make the most of your time here as the walkways are extensive. Those who are feeling adventurous should try the boat tour which will see you speed along up to the falls in a RIB boat - great fun and you are guaranteed to get wet!!
