Our team are here to reassure you that with Scott Dunn, you can book with confidence, safe in the knowledge that you can flex your travel plans if the disruption caused by the Covid-19 coronavirus means that you are unable to take your holiday.


We can't say exactly what will happen with the current outbreak, but we do know our industry. After more than 30 years of experience in the world of travel, we know a thing or two about dealing with unexpected global situations.

We know that peace of mind and flexibility are key to ensuring that you feel confident booking a holiday with us, so we have been working hard to ensure our service is as flexible as possible if your holiday is unable to proceed as a result of Covid-19. Our team will explain the options available to you and talk you through the specific terms and conditions relating to each aspect of your trip, giving you full transparency enabling you to make informed decisions.

These options include:

  • Moving your holiday to another destination if you’re keen to stick to the same dates.
  • Postponing your holiday with no change fee if you have your heart set on a particular destination, with many of our partners honouring original rates.

For all bookings departing up to and including 18 April 2022, we have introduced a new cancellation policy, which has been designed to give you greater flexibility and allow you to cancel closer to departure to account for potential changes to travel advice relating to Covid-19.

If you choose to cancel due to Covid-19 travel advice restrictions*, we will offer you a full refund, including your deposit, up to 30 days prior to departure, dependent on the nature of your trip** and as long as the balance has been paid in full.

We acknowledge that you may feel apprehensive about our current final balance payment terms, so in light of this, we have added further flexibility on these. Please speak with your Travel Consultant for more information.

*This means where travel to the destination would contravene the travel advice issued by the relevant Government department (UK – FCDO, US – State Department, Singapore – Ministry of Foreign Affairs).

**This is subject to the specific terms and conditions offered by the individual suppliers. We have negotiated favourable terms with the majority but there may instances where there is less flexibility, but we will advise this at the time of booking.
