Whistler enjoys a long ski season that usually begins at the end of November and runs through to April. California enjoys a temperate climate year round with temperatures warming up nicely from March/April which is when we recommend this itinerary.

Insider's View

You must get up early at least once and head up the mountain for Fresh Tracks - fill your boots with a hearty breakfast and then be the first to shred the powder!

Don't forget all the non-skiing activities in Whistler, make sure you have at least one day off the mountain to fit everything in.

Be sure to walk down to Whistler Village and try the oyster happy hour and seafood at Araxi in the village square.

Like California in the movies, Laguna beach is all about picture perfect surf, beach life and a live-and-let live attitude. Of all of the OC, Laguna is the most laid-back and small coves and secluded beaches are not too hard to find.
