Start your Australian adventure with two night in Singapore, staying at Scott Dunn favorite, The Fullerton Bay. This breaks up the long journey and allows you a little time to enjoy this buzzing city with plenty of shops, restaurants and sights to explore.
Next, fly from Singapore to Adelaide in South Australia. Here you will be met by our guide and transferred to your charter flight that will take you up to Arkaba. This is part of the Wild Bush Luxury collection and is a new way of experiencing the outback in total style and exclusivity. Included are all meals and drinks and activities such 4WD safaris, wildlife viewing and daily guiding. For a family with children over the age of 5, this is the ultimate in family adventure. You will take your private plane back to Adelaide before flying up to the Blue Mountains and to Wolgan Valley Resort and Spa by helicopter. The Fullterton Bay in Singapore is located on Collyer Quay on the Marina Bay waterfront, between the Customs House and Clifford Pier. From the hotel you are within walking distance to attractions including Singapore Flyer and Gardens by the Bay, in the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District. From there it's onto Australian outback of Flinders Ranges which offer one of the most accessible outback destinations in Australia - just 4.5-hours drive or 1-hour's flight from Adelaide. Arkaba Station is situated on the southern edge of Wilpena Pound and the Flinders Ranges National Park. Next to the Molori Great Barrier Reef which is located between the world's oldest rainforest and the Great Barrier Reef in Port Douglas, in northern Queensland. Park Hyatt Sydney is ideally situated in the spectacular Sydney Harbor, with an uninterrupted view of the iconic Sydney Opera House in the historic Rocks district of Sydney.
When to go
Any time is a good time to go to Singapore. Practically on the equator, Singapore is constantly warm (the temperature never drops below 20°C) and humid and gets fairly steady year-round rainfall. Australia is good to visit year round and this particular itinerary is best from April through to October.
