The 42 rooms and suites are exquisitely decorated with glass, alabaster and hardwood or original mosaic flooring. Beautiful garden or city views, exclusive mattresses and Egyptian cotton bed linen add to the luxury of these rooms. Every room has high speed internet, a plasma screen satellite TV and DVD player.

Junior Suite

A spacious bedroom located in the 19th century palace that displays warm color decoration that complements the furniture with a contemporary interior design. Many of the Junior Suites still preserve mosaic floors and unique drawings on the ceiling of the edifice. The Junior Suite has a fantastic view of the gardens and the city.

Presidential Suite

This spectacular suite is intricately designed to give a feeling of absolute luxury. The sloping ceiling and original floor make the suite really unique.

The suite also has the advantage of access to a private balcony with direct views to the hotel garden.

Grand Suite

This spectacular suite features a sloping ceiling and hardwood floor and its own living space. The room covers 65 square meters and features modern design with plenty of natural light.


Situated in the new wing of the hotel these magnificent rooms with modern décor surrounded by glass, alabaster and hardwood floors. They have spacious living rooms and large private terraces with views to the Arab garden. Suites are located on the third floor.

Deluxe Room

These rooms have a contemporary and simple design and many of them still feature mosaic floors and unique drawings on the ceiling of the edifice. They have fantastic direct views to the gardens and the city.

Dreamer's Room

Rooms are located in the new wing of the hotel with a modern décor surrounded by glass, alabaster and hardwood floor. Some boast exclusive views to the beautiful Arab gardens.


Hospes Palacio de los Patos is a very adult-oriented hotel and it is therefore not recommended for families. However, a babysitting service may be arranged if you would like to come and stay with your children.


The Los Patos restaurant Granada serves mouth-watering Andalucian cuisine focusing on fresh local produce including fantastic fresh seafood. Other facilities include an indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, soothing Bodnya spa, sauna and ‘Vapour’ steam bath, library, conference room and beautiful landscaped gardens.

Hospes Palacio de los Patos is situated on Solarillo de Gracia, off Calle Recogidos, in the central residential-commercial district of Granada. It's within 10-minutes' walk of the Cathedral; 15-minutes from the Albaicin district and Sacromonte, and 20 to 30-minutes from the Alhambra.

When to go

Andalucia has a Mediterranean climate, making it a year round destination. In general you can usually rely on pleasant or hot temperatures from April to early November. In Andalucia there are plenty of warm, sunny days right through winter.

The best time to visit Granada is in the Spring and Fall when the temperature is just perfect with warm sunny days. During July and August it can be very hot and some days the temperature reaches 40°C. In August the locals head to the coast and much of the city closes.
