When to go
Venice is a city that can be enjoyed at all times of the year. The months from Easter to October are the main tourist season when hotels can be difficult to come by at short notice and these are the months that San Clemente is open.
Summer (mid July to the end of August) is the best time to go to San Clemente since it is a haven to retreat to after a day in busy Venice; and clear blue skies and balmy weather make spring and autumn the best times to go.
