The hotel's gourmet restaurant specializes in regional specialties with local flavors and

The Col Alto offers a wide range of rooms (82) and suites (13) with stunning views of surrounding Corvara. The variety means there is something for everyone from the standard double to the Panorama Suite which has an outdoor jacuzzi on its private terrace with spectacular views of the Dolomites.

Located in the Wellness Wing of the hotel, these rooms are a spacious 44-50m2. Can accommodate 2-5 guests.
A large 100m2 suite which has an outdoor jacuzzi on its terrace with fabulous views of the Dolomites. Can accommodate 2-5 guests.
This 45m2 has a modern Alpine style, it is light and airy with a wide bathroom and balcony / terrace. Can accommodate 2-4 guests.

A 60m2 suite that has its own private Finnish sauna with a stunning view of the Dolomites. Can accommodate 2-5 guests.

There is a superb, large wellness center with a beautiful indoor swimming pool with a view of the mountains. The wellness center includes a Turkish bath, tepidarium, Finish sauna, aromatic herbs bath and a sea salt steam grotto amongst others. A great treat for relaxing after an active day on the slopes.

The hotel offers a complimentary ski shuttle service to the nearest ski lifts (400m) giving access to the vast Dolomiti Superski and Sella Ronda ski areas. On the way back the hotel can be reached directly on skis. Other activities in the area include sledding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and Nordic walking trails.
Alternatively a day or so can easily be spent in Col Alto's spectacular wellness center with its large swimming pool and spa.

Col Alto is located in the village of Corvara in Alta Badia in the South Tyrol region of Italy.
When to go
The climate in Alta Badia, where Corvara is located is a typical alpine microclimate - daytime temperatures in winter from December to February are usually below zero and night time temperatures can fall to minus 20c. Winters are snowy but approximately 100 days of sunshine between December and March is the norm.
