Mykonos Grand is a wonderful beach-side boutique resort. The resort is known for its fabulous views of the sparkling Aegean Sea, exceptional service and excellent location. It is the perfect place to spend a few nights or even a couple of weeks. The resort has been designed to enhance the beauty of the natural surroundings while providing the ultimate luxury.
Mykonos Town is just over four kilometers away. Here you can find wonderful shopping opportunities, tempting restaurants and of course the renowned nightlife scene. Local buses run to the town from just outside the hotel, and during the evening the hotel runs a complimentary shuttle bus.
The resort boasts a wonderful main pool overlooking the beach, often known as the Shirley Valentine Beach (after the movie), which does not host any watersport activity so as to retain the peaceful and relaxing environment. Instead you can enjoy the feeling of the warm sand between your toes, relaxing on the comfortable sun loungers and bathing in the refreshing turquoise sea.
There are two main restaurants at the hotel: Dolphins of Delos and Aqua E sole. The former is more of a formal affair whilst the latter is more casual thanks to its poolside location. There is also a selection of bars serving refreshing cocktails and light bites.
Rooms and suites at the hotel are in-keeping with the fresh feel of the rest of the hotel. There is a large range of options to choose from. You could opt for one of the charming garden view rooms or even a suite with a private pool.
Mykonos Grand provides a range of rooms and suites to guests. Some of the suites have fabulous private pools but all rooms and suites come with either a terrace or balcony offering garden or sea views. The rooms are spacious and modern, with either a twin or king-size bed. They are beautifully decorated in fresh white colors in keeping with the harmonious feel of the hotel.

Located on the ground floor, Premium Garden View Rooms (38sqm) are tastefully decorated in warm blue tones with terraces overlooking the hotel gardens. Spacious marble bathrooms boast rain showers. Measuring 37sqm, Superior Sea View Rooms are spacious and airy, each offering stunning views over the Aegean Sea from a private balcony.

The Premium Sea View Jacuzzi Rooms measure 33 sqm and use Greek marble throughout. The bathroom has a freestanding bathtub as well as rain shower, while the terrace boasts a Jacuzzi and spectacular sea views.

Sea View Suites offer a comfortable and soothing space in which to relax, with a spacious bedroom and separate lounge decorated in neutral tones with splashes of blue and luxurious marble floors. Private terraces boast views over the bay of Ayios Yiannis and each suite comes equipped with Nespresso machines. Each suite measures 45 sqm.

Located on the top floor, the 85 sqm Executive Sea View Suites boast magnificent panoramic views from their spacious terraces which can be enjoyed from an array of loungers or the comfortable daybed. Bathrooms come equipped with a steam cabin, large soaking tub and separate WC. The separate living room has its own entrance and can easily accommodate a further 2 guests, making this a great option for families. Facilities include a 42 inch TV, stereo system, Nespresso machine and a DVD player.

Offering ample space both indoors and out, Suites with Private Pools are ideal for guests who prefer to have a little more privacy. Indoor space measures 75 sqm whilst outdoor space ranges from 45-65 sqm and includes the pool and a barbecue area, along with loungers and seating. These suites also come with 2 luxurious bathrooms, one with steam cabin, a separate WC and a Jacuzzi bathtub.

White marble floors, oak treated furniture and sheer drapes create a luxurious environment within the Deluxe Suites with Private Pool. These suites measure 100 sqm indoors and 85sqm outdoors, comprising a barbecue area, living area, private infinity pool, two ensuite bathrooms and a large bedroom. Facilities include a swing daybed, umbrellas, outdoor shower, three 42-inch TVs, iPod dock, Nespresso machine, walk-in wardrobe, Jacuzzi tub, rain shower, treadmill and steam cabin. A private chef can be hired to prepare meals for a spot of private dining.

These two-bedroom suites sit at the edge of the property to offer a little more privacy. Their location boasts magnificent views over the Aegean Sea and they feature a large furnished terrace with private pool and barbecue area. Indoor space measures 110 sqm and outdoor space measures 100 sqm. Grand Suites are air-conditioned and come furnished with three 42-inch TVs, DVD players, iPod docks, wet bar, treadmill, Nespresso machines and tea facilities. There are two ensuite bathrooms and the master bathroom comes complete with Jacuzzi tub, walk-in rain shower, steam cabin and double vanity.
Mykonos Grand has two main restaurants. Dolphins of Delos is the hotel's gourmet restaurant with a fantastic al fresco setting and panoramic sea views. The menu is mostly Greek focused with the ingredients sourced from the hotel's own garden and other producers throughout the country. Aqua E Sole is a slightly more informal affair with its poolside location and its menu of light meals to include salads and seafood.

Mykonos Grand is found on the beach of Ayios Yiannis on the south-west coast of the island. It is 4.2 kilometers from Mykonos Town and just 4.5 kilometers from the airport.
When to go
Mykonos is a summer destination, and hotels only operate between late April to late October. On average, the warmest months of the year are July and August, when the beaches and towns are more crowded with other visitors. June and September are good months to visit, when the island is quieter but temperatures are still high.
