La Reserve Ramatuelle is closed from November to March. The Mediterranean climate is generally warm and dry from May to September. St Tropez has a mild climate throughout the year, the hottest months being July and August, and the coolest being January and February. Rain mostly falls during the cooler winter months and there is an average of only 60 days' rain per year.
Close to St Tropez and the beautiful beaches of the Côte d'Azur, La Réserve Ramatuelle is a luxurious collection of architect designed rooms and suites and Provencal style villas. Relax surrounded by South of France chic and unforgettable views.
La Réserve Ramatuelle is a strikingly stylish hotel in the South of France with a fabulous spa. Minutes from the glamour of St Tropez, this hotel is a serene and tranquil retreat, where days are spent soaking up the beautiful Côte d'Azur views and keeping up that sun kissed look.
The minimalist and slick design won this hotel Wallpaper Design Award's Best New Hotel in 2011. Beautifully designed rooms and suites all have south facing views across the Mediterranean, through floor to ceiling windows and are filled with the scents of the herbs and lavender from their private garden or terrace. The interiors are a crisp white with muted tones, and even the large bath tubs have views of the sea. A selection of fully serviced villas is available to rent if you're looking for even more privacy, or maybe a celebration, where your own housekeeper will look after your every need. From stocking your fridge before arrival to bringing your breakfast, to ordering your lunch from the hotel, they will ensure you won't need to lift a finger. You can also have a private chef to look after your gastronomic needs. Guests have full use of the hotel facilities and can have spa treatments in their own villa.
The restaurant serves deliciously light Mediterranean flavours in a comfortable setting inside and outside on the terrace underneath sail-like canopies. The focus is on healthy eating and menus can be tailored to your spa regime.
The Spa is definitely the highlight of this hotel. Dedicated to guests' quality of life, its range of treatments and therapies, using Creme de la Mer products, will leave you feeling more relaxed than you thought possible. Its facilities include a heated pool with jet stream, hammam, steam bath, sauna and solarium. Personalised spa packages, including a six day regeneration programme, can be arranged, focusing on stress reduction, fitness, slimming and beauty.
The 19 suites and 9 rooms range in size from 50 to 19sqm, each with its own private terrace and views over the Mediterranean; some also come with gardens. There are also 12 fully staffed villas available for exclusive use; private chefs take care of all your meal whilst a butler looks after every other need. Villas have 4 to 6 rooms, landscaped gardens and private pools, as well as access to all the amenities of the hotel, daily gourmet snack deliveries and daily personalised housekeeping services.
The 14 classic Provençal-style, fully serviced villas are designed for guests to enjoy total privacy, whilst still having access to all of the hotel's facilities. They range from four to six bedrooms in size, each with fully equipped kitchen, WiFi connection, cable TV, DVD and music system. Interiors are tasteful and contemporary with ample space. The private gardens are secluded, each with heated pool, terrace and views overlooking the waters of the Mediterranean. Your personal housekeeper can organise anything you need, and private dining can also be arranged. Ample parking space is also provided.
|Superior Double room||
Superior Double rooms measure between 30sqm and 45sqm, each enjoying views overlooking the Mediterranean. Decor is neutral, using natural materials such as stone and wood. All come with ensuite bathroom.
Deluxe rooms measure 45sqm and, again, offer magnificent views over the Mediterranean. Neutral decor gives each space a contemporary feel and large picture windows open out onto a private terrace. Sea views can also be enjoyed from the ensuite bathroom, each furnished with both a shower and a soaking tub.
Junior Suites range from 55 to 75sqm, each with a large picture window opening out onto private terrace and a spacious living area, decorated in neutral shades. Views of the Mediterranean can be enjoyed from the private terrace and the ensuite bathroom which comes with shower and soaking tub. Some Junior suites are connected making this a great choice for families.
Enjoy unspoiled views of the Mediterranean from the bedroom, living room, bathroom and garden when staying in the Suite, measuring between 75 and 95sqm. The terrace stretches across the entire width of the suite and is the perfect place to relax in the Mediterranean sunshine. A tasteful, neutral colour scheme has been used throughout.
Designer furniture and a neutral colour scheme create an elegant atmosphere in the 95sqm Prestige Suite. Views over the Mediterranean can be enjoyed throughout and there is a 180sqm garden with lush vegetation providing a private setting in which to enjoy the sunshine.
This room epitomises style and elegance, the large double bed enjoys views out to the sea and if you feel like having the wind in your hair you can enjoy these exquisite views from the balcony. There is Wifi and Air Conditioning available.
|Deluxe Junior Suite||
Boasting 80sqm of space, the Deluxe Junior Suite offers the same features and colour scheme as the junior suite but with a little extra room and an even larger terrace. The bathroom comes with a whirlpool bath and shower.
The Camarat Suite, measuring 100sqm, is ideally suited to families. There is one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a twin-bedded room with ensuite shower room. A 180sqm terrace surrounded by lush gardens is the perfect space for outdoors relaxation.
The highlight of a stay in the Taillat Suite is the 170sqm corner terrace, boasting views over the Mediterranean and a range of loungers and seating to enjoy the sun during the day and the stars at night. The Taillat Suite measures 90sqm and is tastefully decorated in neutral tones. Spectacular views can be enjoyed throughout.
Children are welcome at La Réserve Ramatuelle and cots and extra beds can be provided. The villas are perfect for families with children, and fencing can be arranged around the pool. The hotel can also arrange babysitting.
The Spa at La Réserve is truly outstanding and at least one treatment should be booked. After that, you can relax by the heated pool, on one of the loungers with a drink from the pool bar. The service at La Réserve Ramatuelle is discreet and very efficient, and the concierge service is on hand to organise anything a guest would like.
The focus at La Réserve is on relaxation. The most active you are likely to get is people watching in St Tropez. However, the concierge is more than happy to organise anything from golf to kayaking and chartering a boat for a day. One of the Spa boot camp packages, dedicated to weight loss, involves quite rigorous Nordic walking through the local hills.

A wonderfully stylish and exclusive retreat - La Reserve Ramatuelle exceeded my expectations on every level. Incredible views, luxurious accommodation, fabulous food and extremely polite and friendly staff. The villas are fabulous for families or groups of friends - enjoy the privacy of your villa yet benefit from the services of the hotel. I enjoyed the most wonderful massage with a beautiful ocean view. Within a short distance from the beautiful Pampelonne beaches with plenty of stylish beach clubs to choose from.

Possibly one of the most stylish hotels on the Cote d'Azur, La Reserve Ramatuelle is a must for those with an eye for detail. Well thought out with a vast swimming pool, amazing views to the sea and choice of spacious suites and villas, there is something for everyone from the honeymoon couple to a family.
Private visit to the famous Villa Ephrussi
An exclusive experience to discover the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild, one of the most beautiful Renaissance palaces on the Côte d'Azur, built on top of the peninsula of Cap Ferrat.
Gordes is arguably the prettiest village in the Luberon region and seems to cling on to the rock face overlooking the Vaucluse plateau. The village is a mass of winding lanes, terracotta rooftops and church towers.
