Just outside Dubrovnik lies Villa Perla, situated in Lozica, a trendy suburb of the city. Just a 15-minute drive away, the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik Old Town is easily accessed, and Villa Perla makes for the perfect retreat after a busy day exploring the city's cobbled streets. Built over several levels into a cliff and right on the water front, Villa Perla has fantastic views across the Adriatic Sea, and direct access to the water via its private jetty.
Contemporary and sophisticated, Villa Perla has a sleek, minimalist design, and the large, open-plan living areas offer ample space for guests to spend quality time together. The lounge, dining room and breakfast bar form the social hub of the villa, while upstairs the four well-appointed bedrooms sleep up to eight guests. Each bedroom has en-suite facilities, and three of the four offer superb sea views thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and outdoor terraces.
The glass walls throughout the building slide back to bring the outside in, and lead to Villa Perla's sea-facing terraces. This creates several beautifully relaxing outdoor seating and dining areas, which make for the perfect locations to enjoy a delicious meal or a drink and watch as the sun dips below the Adriatic Sea. On the main terrace, the infinity pool takes pride of place and offers guests a tranquil spot for a refreshing dip, complete with a phenomenal view.
Within 1 kilometer are restaurants, bars and shops, and for those looking to venture further afield, Dubrovnik is easily reached by car or even by boat. It is also possible to charter a yacht, which can moor at Villa Perla's private jetty, and explore Croatia's stunning islands that are dotted along the Dalmatian coast.
The four bedrooms at Villa Perla sleep up to eight guests, and are minimalist in style. The master suite has its own dressing room, and fantastic sea views through its floor-to-ceiling windows. Two of the bedrooms lead onto a sea-facing terrace, providing uninterrupted views across the Adriatic. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities.
