Our Christmas chalets are the perfect companion for our Magical Trip to visit Santa itinerary, where your days will be filled with exciting activities. You will enjoy the services of a private chef who will create warm and comforting dishes to replenish your appetites after a busy day in the snow. You will be able to completely relax as all the preparation, cooking and cleaning is done for you, leaving you with ample time to relax as a family and enjoy your magical surroundings.
Each Christmas chalet is simply furnished, consisting of two bedrooms and a loft with an additional two beds. There is also a kitchen, a cosy living room complete with wood-burning fireplace and a sauna where you can thaw out after a day of sledding or snowmobiling. The chalets are festively decorated throughout the year, so even visits after Christmas are possible, prolonging the Christmas experience.
The highlight of a stay in one of our Christmas chalets are the fantastic activities on offer and these humble and homely chalets are designed to be a comfortable and cosy retreat to retire to after a day in the snow. After all, you are unlikely to spend much time indoors with so much to do outside. The chalets offer easy access to the array of activities on offer in Lapland with cross-country ski tracks and hiking paths on your doorstep and, as night falls, you may even be lucky enough to see the Northern Lights dancing overhead.
We offer our Christmas chalets as part of an action-packed itinerary for the whole family including husky sledding, snowmobiling, rides on a reindeer sleigh and, of course, a visit to Santa.
Each Christmas chalet consists of two bedrooms and a loft with an additional two beds.The bedrooms are simply furnished and designed to be a functional space to retire to at the end of a busy day.
Each chalet has a private sauna, along with a fully-equipped kitchen and a living area with a log-burning fire.
Lapland offers a plethora of winter wonderland activities, all of which we will include in your vacation to create an exciting, fun-filled itinerary for the whole family. You will be met at your chalet and escorted by your private guide to each activity, which you will enjoy exclusively as a family. Activities include husky sledding, snowmobiling, tobogganing and a magical reindeer sleigh ride to visit Santa.
We will provide you with a personal chef who will prepare and serve all your meals in your very own chalet. You will also enjoy the services of your private guide who will meet you at your chalet to take you to your excursions.
We will provide you with stylish outer clothing to keep you warm and waterproof as well as snowshoes so you can explore the local area and, in the evening, head out in search of the Northern Lights.

The Christmas Chalets are located in Rovaniemi, in Finnish Lapland, within the Arctic Circle.
When to go
Winter is the perfect time to visit Finnish Lapland. The winter temperatures can vary anywhere between 0°C and -40°C. The average temperature in January is -14°C, but the cold is not biting because the air is dry. There can be as much as one meter of snow and it usually lasts until May. There is potential for Northern Lights viewing throughout the winter months.
