The coastal regions of Montenegro enjoy a Mediterranean climate with hot, dry summers and mild, sunny winters. The coast is at its best in May, June and September. July and August are the hottest months when temperatures peak between 30-35°C, accommodation becomes quite scarce and expensive.The coldest months of the year are December and January when temperatures can drop to around 7°C at night. November is generally the wettest month. The hotel is closed between October and April, but is available to book exclusively during these months.

Palazzo Radomiri is housed in a magnificent early 18th century Baroque palace that has been transformed into a charming boutique hotel with just a handful of suites. Located on the coast, the sea views across the Bay of Kotor are fantastic.
In the picturesque village of Dobrota, in the Bay of Kotor, lies the rustic and charming Palazzo Radomiri. A real home away from home, the hotel is cosy and comfortable, with lots of hidden corners to relax in the peace and quiet. Just a short drive by car or boat to many of Montenegro's highlights, and just an hour from Dubrovnik, Palazzo Radomiri is ideally located as a base for exploring the region, and neighboring Croatia.
Built in the 18th century, the exterior of the palazzo has an authentic façade, and the Italian influences of the period are clearly defined in the architecture. Bedrooms feature beautiful exposed stone walls and wooden beams, paying homage to the history of both the building and the area. With just a few suites, Palazzo Radomiri is an exclusive hotel offering a private and secluded stay. The suites are charming and tastefully-decorated, and all offer beautiful sea views across the bay. Palazzo Radomiri can also be hired on an exclusive use basis, where guests will have access to the entire hotel, for the ultimate private stay.
For guests looking for a little more activity, kayaks and stand up paddle boards are available to hire, as well as bicycles which can be taken along the waterfront, perhaps on a trip to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Kotor. Fans of yoga and meditation will also find Senso di Cattaro Wellness Retreat here, with specially designed cleansing programs alongside the complimentary morning yoga classes that are provided. Palazzo Radomiri also has a mini fitness studio and a small swimming pool located in one of the courtyard terraces.
The hotel also has its own restaurant, Restaurant Palazzo, which creates delicious Mediterranean dishes using fresh, local ingredients. With its proximity to the sea, the restaurant receives seafood daily from local fisherman for the ultimate coastal meal.

There are just a handful of suites in this boutique hotel and each is different. They are all traditional in style with original touches such as exposed stone walls. All rooms benefit from a sea view and each has a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bathrooms are equipped with natural, specially developed amenities, unique to Palazzo Radomiri.
Measuring 29 sqm, Glorioso is enchanting and romantic, offering panoramic views of the Bay of Kotor from its private balcony. An antique baroque bedframe and traditional furnishings in the sitting area add to the charm of the room when paired with the exposed stone wall and wooden beams.
With a double bedroom and separate living room, Armellino is a spacious and comfortable suite measuring 38 sqm. The living room offers views of the bay, while the bedroom looks over the courtyard and pool.
Speranza is decorated with muted colors and antique furniture, giving it a rustic and comfortable feel. The suite measures 37 sqm and features a bedroom, separate living room and bathroom with bathtub.
Measuring 41 sqm Civille is a bright and spacious Attic Suite, with light, natural colors throughout. The bedroom overlooks the courtyard and pool while the separate living room has views of the Bay and Dobrota village.
Serpente is one of the two family suites, with two bedrooms and a large shared bathroom. It measures 37 sqm and features both sea and courtyard views. The stone flooring and exposed stone walls are the highlights of this suite.
Fortunata is one of the two family suites, with two bedrooms and a large shared bathroom with bathtub. It measures 39 sqm and features both sea and courtyard views. Vintage furnishings and antique touches combined with exposed stonework ensure a comfortable stay.
Children are welcome, and extra beds and cots can be provided. There are no specific facilities for children other than this.
Restaurant Palazzo offers a menu of delicious Mediterranean dishes in the beautiful garden terrace setting. Tables can be set up on the jetty for dinner, or on the roof terrace for a romantic meal for two. The hotel also houses a library with books and DVDs. One of the two courtyard terraces features a swimming pool.
You can hire kayaks and paddle boards to go out and explore the bay. You can also hire bicycles to see a bit more of the area on land, perhaps making your way to Kotor. Complimentary yoga classes are offered each morning on the jetty, and there is a mini fitness studio for indoor exercise. Wellness retreats are offered which provide a host of yoga, detox and cleansing programs.
