Best time to Visit

Good time to visit

Average time to visit

The best time to visit the UAE is between October and November and then February and March, when temperatures hang around the mid-20s and the humidity is under control. While December and January are generally considered the best months to go, the weather over the last couple of ‘winters’ has been unpredictable with occasional cloud and rain.

The month of Ramadan means hotel rates are heavily discounted, but while outside the resort, Ramadan is strictly adhered to, within the resorts you will notice very little difference.

High summer (July and August) means heavy discounted hotels it’s a great option for a cheap getaway but it will be very very hot and very very humid!

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, located on the west crescent of the Palm Jumeirah delivers unrivalled luxury with an imperial touch within the 441 Rooms, Suites & Royal Residences, with eight restaurants, private beach, outdoor infinity pool and two Jacuzzis.

Inspired by the imperial palaces of the Ottoman era, Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is a five-star luxury hotel that does absolutely everything in superb style. From its exclusive location on the west crescent of the iconic Palm Jumeirah to the truly spectacular lobby entrance.

The resort is made up of 379 elegant guest rooms, with 26 lavish suites and 38 Royal Residences offering stunning ocean views. Lose yourself in the outdoor infinity pool overlooking the Calm waters of the Palm Jumeirah. Discover a whole new way of dining at the magnificent Music Hall. And explore a world of treatments at the palatial Talise Ottoman Spa, home to 42 treatment rooms, eight hydrotherapy rooms, steam rooms, saunas, snow rooms and three Turkish hammams.

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is home to ten restaurants, bars and lounges covering a variety of cuisines including steak and meats at the Rib Room, Northern Indian, Turkish and Japanese to name but a few. With access to restaurants at other Jumeirah properties across the city, guests will never have to eat in the same restaurant twice.

Sinbad's Kids Club, newly opened, provides fun and excitement for children. With a mini water park, climbing wall, soft play area and playground, children will be wonderfully well occupied. The club even has sun loungers for parents if they don't want to be too far from the kids.

Dubai itself has plenty to do, and guests staying at Zabeel Saray enjoy unlimited free access to Wild Wadi Waterpark at the Madinat Jumeirah. Guests can also enjoy shopping at Dubai Mall, seaplane flights with Seawings and trips into the desert. For those not wishing to venture out of the hotel, Jumeirah Zabeel Saray has enough on-site to keep guests occupied with two floodlit tennis courts, a private cinema, as well as water sports.

N.B. Dubai is a developing destination and building work is ongoing through the city. As such, guests should be aware they are more than likely to be able to view some sort of work from their hotel. However, the hotel continues to operate at a very high occupancy with a large number of repeat guests not being perturbed by the local works.

If you are returning to Dubai, please be aware that surroundings are likely to have changed since your last visit.

If you are looking for an opulent, Ottoman style hotel, then look no further! I was struck by the variety of colourful decor and attention to detail in the design of the hotel, based on museums and palaces in Istanbul. The hotel also has the largest Spa in the Middle East, with 42 treatment rooms. Sinbad's kid's club has a wide variety of activities, and there are even sunbeds for parents there if they want to keep an eye on the little ones!

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray really has the wow factor. When you walk into the lobby, it has a really high ceiling and the hotel is Turkish in style so is quite opulent, but in a unique way for Dubai. The kids club is excellent; Jumeirah have really invested in it and it has its own pool - I've never seen such a full kids club before, but it doesn't feel crowded. There are sun loungers in it as well so parents can relax while their children play on the water slides. There are plenty of restaurants and being Jumeirah, guests on half board get access to the Madinat restaurants as well so a total of 50 outlets altogether.
