Description

Oberoi Sukhvilas is a relaxing haven in the foothills of the Himalayas, and is a perfect place for a peaceful stay with stunning scenery. Stay in beautiful tents or rooms, and enjoy the wonderful spa here - a perfect place to relax after an adventure.

Located in the outer Himalayas, The Oberoi Sukhvilas is enveloped in 8,000 acres of the Siswan Forest range in New Chandigarh. An oasis that is just 30 minutes from the city center and 45 from the city airport, the resort and accompanying spa is ideally situated for exploring the highlights of the local area or a place for guests to unwind amongst landscaped gardens, Rajput and Mughal architecture and glorious views.

With its own spa offering a variety of treatments and ample residences complete with their own pools, The Oberoi Sukhvilas is certainly not short of options for those wanting to merely potter about the resort. However, for those wanting to scatter some culture and soft adventure between indulgent Oberoi service and facilities there are options nearby to explore traditional local villages, bike along forest trails and explore Sukhna Lake and the Rock and Rose Gardens of Chandigarh.

Evenings here are spent at the multi cuisine restaurant and the bar accompanied by live traditional music before guests retire to one of the rooms, tents or villas thoughtfully dotted around the 25 acre site, offering forest views and a secluded stay.
