Amanoi's 31 Pavilions and five Aman Villas are all nestled into the rugged hillside, providing plenty of privacy and impressive views with a fusion of contemporary elegance and traditional Vietnamese architectural styles. Each Pavilion is timeless with beautiful clean lines. The combined sleeping and living areas seamlessly moves from inside to out with the timber sundecks. The Pool Pavilions come equipped with private swimming pool and panoramic views out over the expansive Vinh Hy Bay or Nui Chua National Park. For even more space, each Aman Villa consists of four or five free standing bedroom pavilions with separate living and dining pavilions and large private swimming pool - perfect for those traveling in larger groups.
The Central Pavilion includes the Main Lodge restaurant, which leads onto an expansive outdoor terrace and cliff-side outdoor pool, whilst at sea level lies the Beach Club, which includes a relaxed outdoor restaurant. Fish features heavily on the menu, the natural choice being in such close proximity to the local fishing village.
There is a fantastic array of water sports available at the beach club from snorkeling to kayaking and from sailing to kite-surfing. For those wishing to explore further, Amanoi offers a whole host of fantastic experiences from exploring the region's spectacular beaches, marine reserves and pristine interiors as well as private dining experiences in local homes . For those wishing for a different form of distraction, the spa at Amanoi is a destination in itself. Set beside a lotus filled lake and surrounded by the National Park's rolling hills, it's arguably the best spa in the country. They offer a full range of treatments using Aman Spa's all natural, chemical-free spa product range complemented by traditional Vietnamese ingredients including aromatic herbs, rice and coffee. Amanoi is located on Vietnam's central coast and therefore enjoys great weather from January to September.
Amanoi offers 31 individual Pavilions which are identical in layout and design but separated into five categories depending on views and pools. Pool Pavilions feature private swimming pools with panoramic views of the national park whilst Ocean Pavilions offer expansive view of Vinh Hy Bay and the East Sea. The Ocean Pool Pavilions have the same stunning views but are complemented with a private swimming pool. Each of the Pavilions feature expansive king size beds and bathrooms that come equipped with stand-alone baths, separate rainforest shower and, depending on which room you chose, breathtaking views of the mountain, forest, lake or East Sea from the floor-to-ceiling windows.
For those looking for even more space, each of the Aman Villas comprise of four or five free standing bedroom pavilions along with separate living and dining pavilions and large private swimming pool. For around the clock pampering, a live-in housekeeper and cook will meet every desire including the preparation of Vietnamese or Western cuisine in the villa's private kitchen. Consists of either 3,4 or 5 separate freestanding bedrooms, a private pool plus living and dining pavilions. There is a live-in maid and a chef to attend to all guests' needs to include the preparation of international and Vietnamese cuisine.
Children are welcome at the Amanoi but there are no specific facilities except for babysitting which can be arranged on request.
There are two beautiful pools onsite. Situated on the white sandy beach of Vinh Hy Bay lies the first adjacent to the Beach Club offering some laid back luxury. Elegantly crowning the resort lies the second pool with effortless elegance and beautiful styled lines.
The tranquil spa comprises five double treatment rooms all with private dressing areas and showers and two hydrotherapy suites creating an oasis for relaxation. Fitness options include a spacious light filled gymnasium, pilates studio, lakeside yoga pavilion, two outdoor tennis courts and plenty of scenic walking trails.
The Central Pavilion, overlooking the entire resort, offers a beautiful library where you can unwind or for those wishing for more adventure can try their hand at the variety of non d water sports available at the resort.
Snorkelling, kayaking, windsurfing and hobie cats are all offered at Amanoi. Diving, guided nature trekking, yacht chartering, fishing and visits to the local fishing village can be arranged.

Vinh Hy Bay, Vietnam
Amanoi is situated on a wide, mountainous promontory of the Nui Chua National Park, overlooking one of Vietnam's most beautiful bays - Vinh Hy Bay. A marine reserve adjoins the National Park and is home to a large variety of sea corals, tropical fish species, hawksbill and green sea turtles.
When to go
The temperature is warm throughout the year (average 29°C), yet hotter around months June and July and cooler around December. It will be very rainy from September till January, and dry for the rest of the year. Overall, the best time to visit is between February and June when rainfall is low and temperatures are pleasant. The temperatures can get hot during summer time and during the rainy season, particularly during October and November, rains can be frequent and heavy.
