Description

Built high into the cliff side of Kamala with sweeping views across the Andaman Sea, Paresa is a modern day take on Southern Thai style architecture. Paresa is the perfect hideaway from which to recharge and from where you can explore the island of Phuket.

Paresa is a secluded retreat that is also only a short 30-minute journey from Phuket International Airport. It is within easy reach of Kamala fishing village with a beautiful beach and plenty of choice of restaurants. It is also a short journey from the lively Patong beach with its nightlife, restaurants and shops.

Paresa comprises 49 modern open plan luxurious suites and villas, each facing the ocean and offering breathtaking views of the Andaman Sea. All rooms contain super king size beds, natural furnishings and private verandas with daybeds or sunloungers from where you can relax and enjoy the stunning views.

For dining you can have a table at Talung Thai or the Italian restaurant, Diavolo whilst enjoying uninterrupted views of the Andaman Sea. Alternatively you can enjoy dining in your private residence. Paresa also has a Thai Cooking School which offers daily classes, these are led by the resort's Master Chef and include market visits to choose the ingredients, making it a truly interactive experience.

The Spa at Paresa provides a sanctuary from where you can relax and indulge yourself in one of their many treatments whilst the gym at Paresa allows you to stay in shape whilst enjoying views of the ocean. The Library containing a variety of books and DVDs is available for guests to enjoy at their leisure. Here are based the 'Dream Makers' who are at your disposal during your stay to help you make the most of your time in Phuket.

Accommodation

Paresa has 49 suites and villas, each with breathtaking views of the ocean. Each room features a super king size bed, private veranda, WiFi access, bar, espresso machine, LCD TV, DVD player and an iPod station.

Childcare

Children below 12 years old are not encouraged, due to the resort being set on the cliff side and there being sheer drops from the infinity pools.

Facilities

You can dine in one of the two restaurants or in the privacy of your villa. With spectacular views, you can enjoy a relaxed breakfast in Diavolo or enjoy Italian flavors for lunch or dinner. Talung Thai offers authentic Thai cuisine al fresco on the sunset balcony.

Paresa also has for you to enjoy, a Spa, Library, Infinity Pool, Energy Pool, complimentary shuttle to Kamala, Fitness Centre, Thai Cooking School and a Boutique.

Activities

You can enjoy the Fibre-Optic Lit Infinity Pool or Energy Pool, the Fitness Centre, indulge in a treatment in the Spa or take a class in the Thai Cooking School. The 'Dream Makers' can recommend and organize trips and excursions for you.

Paresa is a short 30 minute drive from Phuket International Airport and around a 10 minute drive from the small fishing village and beach in Kamala.

When to go

Tropical climate and the driest months to visit are December to March. November and April are also good months to visit and you may get some rain, although it is outside of the monsoon season. May to October is the monsoon with downpours occurring once or twice a day, rather than constant rain.
