Straddling the equator, Indonesia tends to have a fairly even climate year-round. Rather than four seasons, Indonesia has two – dry (between May to September) and wet (between October to April) – and there are no extremes of temperature between winter and summer. In most parts of Indonesia, the wet season falls between October and April and the dry season between May and September. December and January see Bali at its most humid and rain tends to come in sudden tropical downpours, but it can also rain for more prolonged periods.

Six Senses brings a new level of luxury to southern Bali with Six Senses Uluwatu, on the Bukit Peninsula. Home to the famous Uluwatu Temple, the area is known for its limestone cliffs and beautiful beaches. With waves suitable for all levels, the area is one of the top surfing spots in the world.
The resort itself includes 103 villas and suites, varying in size from the Sky Suites to the Cliff Pool Villas which have up to three bedrooms. Each villa and suite is sea facing, meaning guests can wake up to the sound and sight of the Indian Ocean beyond.
Elsewhere in the resort, guests can expect the renowned Six Senses service. Dine in a choice of three restaurants, and enjoy all-day dining at the pool bar. For foodies, there's even a cooking school where you can master some traditional Balinese recipes. Food is sourced locally and much of the fresh produce comes from the organic garden.
No Six Senses resort would be complete without a Six Senses Spa, and Six Senses Uluwatu offers ten treatment rooms and a variety of treatments. There is also a large fitness center, steam and sauna and yoga pavilion allowing guests to pamper their mind, body and soul. The resort also welcomes families, with a separate children's pool and children's den to keep your little ones entertained and engaged.
Spend the day by the pool, surfing the waves and sightseeing; the resort is a short distance from Uluwatu temple. The temple is best visited at sunset, after which you can return for dinner or a movie under the stars at Cinema Paradiso.
There are 103 villas and suites at Six Senses Uluwatu. Each elegant suite or villa is sea facing and offers plenty of space. Choose a pool villa for extra space and privacy.
