Park Hyatt Siem Reap has several restaurants including The Dining Room which offers a selection of French and Cambodian cuisine in a serene environment on the ground floor. The Living Room is a chic bar lounge with a homely feel. Here you can enjoy a set breakfast in the morning, traditional home made favorites throughout the day, light lunches and evening tapas, not to mention the often much needed tea and glass of wine. The Glasshouse Deli, as the name suggests, resembles a conservatory providing diners with spectacular city views whilst they feast on freshly made sandwiches, pizza, ice cream and other deliciousness in the form of sweet treats.

When to go
Cambodia is hot all year round and the best time to visit is during the dry season, which runs from November to April. It starts to get wetter in May and the wettest months are September and October. It is still possible to visit during this time as rain usually falls as short sharp storms. November is a fantastic month to visit Cambodia as it is very green after the rainy season and the lakes and rivers are full of water.
