The Rupar Mandalar is a really nice property, for those who don't need to be right in the city center. The rooms are spacious (the older ones are a little dark though) and each has its own private terrace or balcony. The new rooms are particularly nice.

In all honesty, this is not my favorite property; the rooms are very dark, made of heavy wood and furnishings. It has a very Chinese influence, as they used to serve a predominantly Chinese market and it is slightly out of town. They are however making some improvements to the property and will soon be launching the Premier Corner Suites, which will be a great option, as they are well designed with direct pool access and are brighter and lighter.
