217 guest rooms and 17 suites make up the accommodations, which are spacious (extremely so by New York standards) with cool, minimalist decor. Langham Place boasts 157 stylish guestrooms and 57 suites, all of which are finished to extremely high standards (Italian walnut, Duxiana beds, state-of-the-art controls, personal espresso machine) and are decorated in soft neutral tones. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows look out over the iconic Manhattan skyline. The rooms are spread out over 22 floors, with average room measuring 70sqm and the average suite measuring 102sqm.
The Roche Bobois Penthouse Suites have been designed by acclaimed French interior designer Roche Bobois and all boast unique decor and signature art pieces. Fabrics by designers Maison Lacroix and Paul Smith can be found featuring throughout, as well as pieces from the hotel's collection of Alex Katz artwork. All enjoy spectacular views of the Empire State Building.
Rollaway beds are available, however there are no interconnecting room options. Children (18 years and under) stay free when accompanied by an adult in the same room. Child-friendly amenities are provided, including child-sized robes, slippers and a branded Theodore the Teddy backpack. The hotel also has a partnership with Little Collector which enables families traveling with children to enjoy specialized guided tours of the Chelsea art galleries.
Langham Places' Michelin-starred restaurant, Ai Fiori, serves up fine-dining fare which is refined yet playful. Led by the Altamarea group and renowned chef Michael White, the menu celebrates the cuisine of the Italian and French Riviera. Bar Fiori boasts an extensive cocktail and wine list in an inviting contemporary setting. A selection of small plates are also on offer or guests can choose to tuck into the full offerings from Ai Fiori.
The Chuan Body & Soul spa offers an extensive variety of massages and treatments, based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques that form the core of the Chuan brand. Along with a spacious lounge, the spa comprises three treatment rooms (including one for couples), men's and women's changing facilities and a state-of-the-art fitness center with Technogym equipment.

Within one of the world's busiest commercial districts, the city hotel is situated just two blocks away from the Empire State Building and Grand Central Station is a 9-minute walk away. Times Square is around 800 meters.
When to go
Summer or winter, rain or shine, there's always great stuff going on in New York, so when you're planning a trip, there's no real "best" or "worst" time to go. Weather wise fall and spring are the best times in New York. From April to June and September to November, temperatures are mild and pleasant, and the light is beautiful. Summers can be hot and humid while winter snowfalls are not uncommon.
September to December is conference season in New York, and we would advise booking early for travel during this period.
