Located deep within the famed Denali National Park, Kantishna Roadhouse offers the quintessential Alaskan wilderness experience, accommodating guests in a collection of charming and cosy wooden cabins within reach of bear-viewing and outdoor adventures.

A hub of activities and relaxation deep within the wilderness of the Denali National Park, Kantishna Roadhouse is a charming collection of wooden cabins, conjuring images of age-old explorations of the Alaskan wilderness. Cosy and inviting, the lodge provides a welcoming atmosphere to guests which is reflected in its family-style dining and social main lodge.

Located 90 miles inside the national park itself, Kantishna Roadhouse provides access to the mountains and forests of Denali, where visitors can enjoy a range of activities from hiking and biking to fishing and even flight-seeing over Mount Denali itself, the highest peak in the whole of North America. Denali is famed for its bear-viewing and tours can easily be arranged to observe the region's spectacular wildlife, including grizzlies, moose, Dall's sheep and caribou.

The remote setting of the lodge makes it easy to switch off and disconnect entirely, with no phone signal or internet to interrupt your stay. Electricity is generated on-site and therefore cabins do not feature any electrical appliances in the efforts of Kantishna Roadhouse to conserve this energy. A stay here is all about the outdoors and embracing the spectacular setting of the lodge rather than dealing with the distractions of daily life. Cabins are comfortable and cosy and there is plenty of social space in the main lodge building to curl up with a book by the fire, play games or simply share stories of your adventures with fellow travelers.
