With only 10 beautiful guest rooms and suites, no front desk, no public lobby and no room phones, your arrival at Kingsbrae is like coming home to a roaring fire and a comfy sofa. Somewhere to curl up with a good book on chillier days or embrace the beauty of the area with sailing adventures, whale watching, golf, shopping and plenty of local culture to absorb and inspire you.

The essence of a stay at Kingsbrae Arms centers on culinary experiences each morning and evening. Kingsbrae is a pioneer in its earth-friendly approach to dining, emphasising produce from the Inn’s garden and locally sourced, organic & whole foods, all accompanied by impressive wines from their Wine Spectator Award winning cellar. Toulon native Chef Guillaume Delauné has worked through the ranks of fine restaurants including the famed Michelin-starred Le Moulin de Mougins under legendary Roger Verge and at celebrated restaurants in New York & Montreal. He incorporates his Provençale roots to interpret the bounty of the Bay & rich countryside resources into unique and memorable dining moments.


10 beautiful guest rooms each feature lovely settings and little luxuries such as Frette linens and waffle weave robes. There are no TV's or phones in the Value rooms although WiFi is available throughout the hotel.

Value rooms are intimate yet still offer king size beds, air conditioning and private shower rooms. These are on the ground floor.

Grand King Rooms are spacious air-conditioned guest rooms with lovely fireplace sitting area or sitting room, king size bed, marble appointed bathroom with soaker tub and shower. Little luxuries include Gilchrist and Soames toiletries, feather top mattresses, TV and CD players

The Grand King Suites are the most luxurious and beautifully appointed air-conditioned one bedroom suites and feature a king size bed, private marble appointed bathroom, soaker tub and separate shower, plus full parlours with fireplace, TV and balcony.

For larger groups or families there are options to take a "wing" of the hotel which is a two bedroom suite, a combination of a Grand King Room and Grand King Suite.

There is also a Family Wing (Carriage House) which is on two floors featuring direct access to the private garden. The first floor is a luxurious Grand King Room with garden patio. On the second floor, the largest Grand King Suite can accommodate up to six family members. A forty-foot balcony with sweeping seaside and garden views spans this suite. Both have the finest bathrooms with whirlpools and separate showers.


Children of all ages are welcomed at Kingsbrae Arms in the Family Wing. The hotel has a private Club Room, which is perfect for family dinners with small children. Options include baby-sitting services for parents who would like a "night off" in the dining room while their children are well looked after in their suite. In addition St. Andrews offers a wealth of child-friendly activities during the day including a twice daily seal feeding at the Fundy Discovery Acquarium.


Relais et Chateaux restaurant where guests can share a table or have their own private table, Club room for special gatherings is also available. An extensive wine cellar. When to go

Maritime Canada is best enjoyed from May to October with the peak months when the weather is best being June to September. The Fall colors are particularly prominent from mid September which is one of the most popular times to travel to the province
