Step inside for a warm personalized welcome from your hosts Michele and Dave who will make your stay as pleasant as possible. Enjoy relaxing in the guest lounge or take a stroll in the gardens down to the fire pit for warming yourselves in the chillier evenings.
An Ocean Storm enjoys a lovely location set just behind Storey's Beach, described as one of North Vancouver Island's best kept secrets. It's unpopulated and protected and perfect for a sunset stroll. Watch for eagles, porpoises, seals, deer, sea lions and perhaps the occasional passing Orca whale along the Queen Charlotte Strait. This is also a prime spot to view humpback whales as they pass at certain times of the year.
Retire to your cosy bedroom, complete with crisp white linen, fluffy bathrobes and slippers. In the morning wake to a delicious breakfast hand cooked by your hosts and perfect to set you up for the days drive along the coast or the Inside Passage ferry adventure ahead.
Please note that there are two friendly pet dogs at the bed and breakfast.
There are three double guest rooms and 1 Penthouse Suite, all offering en suite facilities. The Penthouse Suite occupies the whole top floor of the property and offers much comfort and privacy
All the rooms offer brand new custom designed furnishings, Queen or King bed with crisp white linen, robes and slippers, WiFi access, cable TV and bath products as well as little extras such as aromatherapy candles and laundry facilities with soap included.
Children over the age of 12 years are welcome to come and stay at An Ocean Storm.
Homemade breakfast is included for guests each morning and for early starts they will offer a picnic breakfast to take with you. Afternoon tea and complimentary baked goodies each afternoon.
Guest lounge and common room with fireplace and views out toward Storeys Beach and a large back garden to enjoy with a fire pit, ideal for roasting marshmallows.
Access to Storey's Beach is available directly behind the house and complimentary parking is available for guests.
